The evaluation team is currently researching information in response to questions requiring clarification and has experienced some delays in assembling the Addendum #2. As a result, the closing date and time to submit Proposals will be extended. The revised closing date and time will be published with Addendum #2. |

Surplus Equipment Sales In an attempt to reach a broader market for selling surplus items, a trial is underway to determine if using Government of Canada Crown Asset is a feasible option for Lanark County when disposing of surplus items.
Lanark County staff and general public are welcome to bid on any/all items posted on their website (http://crownassets.pwgsc.gc.ca/mn-eng.cfm). Staff and general public are subjected to all rules and regulations of Crown Assets when a bid is submitted. Items attached to this email are currently held at Crown Asset site, located at:

RFP LL#001-2011 Pharmaceutical Services has been awarded to Medical Pharmacies Group Limited, for a term of five years.
ITT LL#004-2011 Tender Results - Lighting Retrofit for Lanark Lodge. The Contract has been awarded to Laser Electric Ottawa, Ltd.
Surplus sale of photocopiers (IR5000 & 3200c)- No bids were received.
RFT ESC#002-2011 Tender Results Conversion/Retrofit One mid/large size 2011, 4-Wheel Drive SUV.
RFT ESC#001-2011 SUV - County Council approved the final recommendation to award the provision of one (1) mid/large size SUV (Ford Expedition) for Emergency Response Vehicle to A&B Ford Sales Ltd., Perth, Ontario, for a value of $36,658.00 (plus applicable taxes).
LL#002-2010 Resident Call Bell System for Lanark Lodge was awarded to Wireless RNA - a lump sum value (all inclusive) of two hundred and thirty-one thousand and eight hundred and eighty seven dollars and five cents ($231,887,05), in Canadian funds.
EOI Domiciliary Hostel - Paradise Valley was selected as the successful service provider as of March 13, 2011.
